Job Summary

Works closely with the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef. No supervisory duties are included in this position. Part-time employee.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Sets up cooking line and prepares food.

Additional duties include but are not limited to:

  • Gathers all supplies needed to prepare the meal.
  • Prepares all foods from the menu using standard recipes in accordance with the club standards. Keeps station and cooking equipment clean.
  • Checks supplies needed for next meal.
  • Sets up, maintains and breaks down cook station.
  • Identifies product needs and requisitions items needed to prepare menu items. Notifies Sous Chef in advance of expected shortages.
  • Maintains security and safety in work area.
  • Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times. Adheres to local health and safety regulations.
  • Maintains the highest sanitary standards.
  • Ensures that work area and equipment are clean and sanitary.
  • Covers, dates and properly stores all leftover products that are reusable. Assists with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.

Physical Activity and Strength Requirements

This job entails much physical activity and a strength level of up to 50 pounds. The Cook must have outstanding personal hygiene and understand proper food handling procedures.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Part-time employee.
  • Sell and serve food and beverages to members and guests in the Club's dining outlets. Ensure that all preparation and closing duties are performed according to standards and published checklists.
  • Execute any other duties as requested by immediate supervisors.

Duties and Tasks

  • Ensure that Point of Sale system is operational and accurate at all times.
  • Assist with coordination and services for all clubhouse events. Report on time and in proper uniform.
  • Clear and reset tables and clean service area as required.
  • Assist with collection of charges of fees for all food and beverage related activities. Balance cash at day's end.
  • Assist with maintaining an attractive and orderly appearance in the clubhouse.
  • Take food and drink orders. Properly fill out grill item ticket and bring back to Cook.
  • Upsell customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Promptly serve all hot food.
  • Prepare food as necessary (hotdogs, popcorn, etc.).
  • Visually check all food from the grill before serving. Listen to opinions and reactions from customers.
  • Answer phone as necessary.
  • Follow correct cash handling procedures.
  • Inform management of any supplies that are running low and need replacing.
  • Inform management of any problems or complaints encountered during shift.
  • Ensure that all customers have positive and pleasant experience visiting our facility.

This job entails much physical activity and a strength level of up to 50 pounds. Bartenders and Food Servers must have outstanding personal hygiene and understand proper food handling procedures.

Job Summary

Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware. No supervisory duties are included in this position. Part-time employee.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Additional job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand.
  • Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes.
  • Collect trash from kitchen area; empty garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags. Examine garbage for silverware, dishes and glassware.
  • Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
  • Wash or clean receiving area and trash area. Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
  • Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
  • Clean dishwashing unit after each meal period.
  • Perform other tasks, such as assisting in food preparation, putting away deliveries, cleaning coolers, freezers and store rooms.

Physical Activity and Strength Requirements

This job entails much physical activity and a strength level or lifting up to 100 pounds, but more frequently 25-50 pounds.

Position Summary

Starts players on the golf course, explaining the rules of play for the day. Tours the golf course, encouraging players to maintain reasonable pace of play.

Essential Duties

  • Starts players on the first tee, explaining the rules of play for the day.
  • Maintains an accurate starting sheet so the whereabouts of players are known.
  • Cues groups to move to the first tee and makes sure not more than one group is on the tee at one time.
  • Tours the golf course, assisting players when needed to maintain the posted pace of play for the day.
  • Checks the restrooms and water station on a regular schedule.
  • Maintain proper spacing on the golf course to avoid delays.
  • Complete the golfer tracking report on a daily basis.
  • Reminds players of the cart rules of the day.
  • Repairs ball marks and collects any trash that may be on the course. Replaces any hazard stakes or directional signage.
  • Communicates with the Golf Shop and Starter on a regular basis.
  • Monitors the course and ensure customer satisfaction. Assists golfers when needed.
  • Reports all problem situations to the Head Professional in a timely manner.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
